Okay mommas, you have all been there…trying to sleep while you are growing a little human inside of you.  It’s not only difficult, but sometimes near impossible.  In the beginning there is nausea, excitement and frequent urination, to name a few.  By the end there is discomfort, nightmares, and…more frequent urination.  In all three of  my pregnancies I developed severe Restless Leg Syndrome and I dreaded the nights.  As a soon-to-be-mom, you need sleep!  So, to help all you tired mommies out there, Renee Downes of has created The Ultimate Guide to Sleep During Pregnancy:
